Non-existent "Restrictions" make device unusable!

I've seen several posts where users have states that there are various restrictions on routes (pink lines) where no restriction exists, causing unnecessary and often lengthy re-routing.

I've encountered many so-called "Restrictions" since the last map update.

Please don't ask me to "report it using the Mapshare tool!" as there are far too many!!

Is this a know issue &if so, is it being rectified?

Is there any way to disable Mapshare & remove the existing data (if necessary) from my device?

Please help sort this out, I've used TomTom Pro devices for years & never encountered anything like this before. This issue is making my device unusable :(

TomTom Go Pro 620
Application version: 21.200.0003.411 (0) (09/11/2021)
Installed Maps: Europe TRUCK v1080.11163 (released 10/2021)

Thanks

What I do not understand how Tomtom did to ban just a few meters and leave everything else cleared the whole road is cleared.

I'm still seeing a warning of poor driving conditions on the M5 due to flooding which happened weeks or months ago!

I bought a Go 6250 in Mid 2019 which was a real disappointment, but I sold it quite swiftly as for example it would not recognise the Dartford Tunnel crossing coming from Kent back into Essex. I also had issues being sent on circuitous or crazy routes locally which appeared to be partially linked to height, width and weight restrictions. :'(

I was told that TomTom were aware of the issue but did not have a deadline to cure it, and have since read replies on the forum:

“We have a ticket raised for this and the investigation is underway. However the team has not been able to identify the root cause for this “. :s

I have seen you and other users complaining in recent months so assume the issue is still ongoing some 2 and ½ years later!

I was then recommended to get a Go Camper and whilst that recognised the Dartford Crossing, almost immediately I reported more crazy and illogical routing which "supposedly was to be cured" by a specialised map update to overcome this “feature”................

Fast forward almost 2 years and the crazy and illogical routing situation still persists on the Go Camper.

I do wonder if TomTom has the capability or inclination to remedy the issues given the limited number of Truck / Camper units that are sold versus the Go 6200 / Go Premium which are their more popular mainstream devices?

There does seem to be more users complaining now, so perhaps Tomtom will focus attention on providing a swift cure......... B)
