Intermittent connection to Tom Tom services

I am currently experiencing intermittent connectivity when using my Tom Tom device in my smart car. When I start my car I am able to view and see all traffic information displayed. 20/30 mins into my journey all information then disappear and it unable to get the information back unless I soft reset it. When I do that I experience the same problem.

Tried that few times and it still experienced the same problem I've also checked for latest updates.0

I have the same issue with Smart Media Connect (I have 2 units in 2 cars). Traffic information disconnects from time to time even in good reception areas. Sometimes it works consistently, the other day connection drops every 5-10 minutes0
