Hi Specialists,
I 've changed the battery. The tomtom go 5000 starts well and it ist possible zo come into the menue by touching the menue button on the tuch screen, but it doesn't react on any finger operations in the menu.
after a short while it comes back into an other screen where only the arrows on top left and right are availabe and the remaining screen is black.
puhing the on of button, ihe "turn off" (Ausschalten) button appears and ist sensible for my finger touch and turns off.
any idead? Thanks very much!

Make sure you have not reassembled the screen or plug.0 -
what exactly should I do - and where?0

tomtom mydrive has no internet connection, but all downloads of voices, maps ... are working. what shout i do?
I'm trying to do a reset and I'm not sure wheather its working0 -
I think, it's damaged; I am now going to buy a Garmin

I think you will have to disassemble your screen and then check on reassembly that the plug is properly inserted on the motherboard.0
