Live services not available

I have a Peugeot 3008 with built in sat nav. Live Tom Tom has just stopped working. My unit displays active account but service unavailable. Is Tomtom down? mr7rc3ohnqc3.jpg

    Thanks for reply. I've never had an issue before. Its been since last Thursday. My car has a built in sim so usually connects straight away.

    I experience this issue almost every weekend. Especially on Sundays.
    If it works during the week - nothing you can do to it. If not - then you may have some reception or software issue

    No connection through the week. If its a software issue, I guess that means a trip to the dealership.

    @genduba - you may need to do hard reset of the unit (not factory reset) and it may start working ok
