The voice navigation doesn't work on my Go Comfort

How do I get the voice navigation to work?

    Hi @the_akv

    When you Tap menu do the Sound or Vocal Direction Icons either end of the Volume Bar have a line through them. If so Tap them to remove the line and restore the service.

    Are any of the Sound Icons slashed through ??? Or the volume slider set to zero....

    Should be slashed through....

    I did look to see that the sound was ON, that the volume was turned to maximum (I can hear other warning sounds just fine), and that the voice instruction icon does NOT have the slash through it. I do not hear the voice "Samantha". I have also tried using some of the other voices in the "standard" list of voices that came included with my unit and none of them have worked either.

    I cannot recall right now what the status of the NIGHT/DAY icon is. I will check later when I am with the TOMTOM. Why would this function be affecting the voices?
