map disappeared when I updated my via 1525tm

I have lifetime map update. But when I tried to update via my drive connect today, Dec. 10, 2021, the old map disappeared. When I tried to log back in to the app, it says no longer supported. I've seen in some thread that I can still update the map if I had lifetime map update. So what's the deal, can I still restore the map. By the way, the app thinks my device is via 125.

    Re... Via 1525 TM showing as Via 125
    Check... With MyDrive Connect running...
    Click on the Cog Wheel Icon Screen top right
    Click on the General Tab
    Check Country (Language)... For the UK, its United Kingdom (English)
    Tap the 'Save Settings' button

    You haven't stated your location, but the Via 1525 TM is the US version of the UK/Europe Via 125....

    thank you for your help. I followed all the instructions and i was able to reinstall the updated map. thanks again.
