Payment issue

I'm having an issue. When i try to purchase Europe live services to my tom tom it doesn't finish the purchase and is constantly showing that the order has been done but there is an issue with the payment .
Ive tried several methods of payment and until now is always the same thing.
Ive tried several times and it always show that the order has been created.

Same problem: I've tried to purchase the update for my Tom Tom (Go Essential).
I've tried with pre paid card and credit card.
Same results: Order created, but failure to pay: create an other order.
Can anyone help me ?
