Rider 400 MAP not found after latest update
Please can anyone assist? I updated my Rider 400 a couple of days ago. The update failed and the map not found message appears on the bootup screen. I have tried everything but alas it appears my gps device is bricked. Is there a solution? Unfortunately I did not backup my device!

Hi Will, unfortunately my Rider 400 uses To Tom Home not MyDrive Connect.0 -
The Rider 400 is updated with Mydrive connect0

My 400 has always used Home to update. I have tried my drive connect t but I get an error message stating it is not compatible and has to be updated with Home.0

The Rider 400 is a NAV4 device and is 'definitely' updated using MyDrive connect....
Tomtom Home is for the previous NAV2 range of devices....
