Deleting Data from device

Wishing to delete data from device but each time i try the message says the servers are busy. Any ideas?

    To delete data on the device
    Reset the device to factory values.

    If I reset factory values, will I loose all my saved destinations ?

    If you connect your Go to Mydrive even identifying your saved destinations will be saved
    after having reset reconnect your Go to Mydrive same username to find your destinations.

    Welcome to the site....
    If you are still having problems with MyDrive Connect... Saying, "The servers are busy" ??? I find deleting the "HOME3" and the "MyDrive Connect" folders in the MyDrive Connect Program will usually bring MyDrive Connect back to life...
    Step-by-step instructions for removing the 'Home3' Folder and the 'MyDrive connect' folder....

    Apologies; now deleted and reconnected but servers still busy.
