GO 5100 MyDriveConnect Update Issue

I have been unable to update my MyDrive Connect and looking at the Network on my Mac OS machine it indicates the following:

TomTom GO 5100 has a self-assigned IP address and will not be able to connect to the internet.

In Advanced… the cursor is on the DHCP Client ID field. This has (if required) underneath.

There is also the ability to configure IPv4 and IPv6.

It has always worked perfectly until I have had to update MyDrive Connect.

Can anyone advise me how I can sort this out?

    Have you reinstalled the application?

    Thank you very much for your suggestion.
    I have reinstalled the app and it is working OK.
    The strange thing is in my MAC OS System Preferences Network setting it still states 'TomTom GO 5100 has a self-assigned IP address and will not be able to connect to the internet'!
