no voices work on my tomtom 60

can download all voices but only work when tomtom is connected the only voice i can use is dark vader
tried everything reboot reinstalling but nothing changes ,why is this ?not happy

    If youTap menu has the Speaker Icon at the lefthand end of the Volume bar got a line through it. If it has Tpa the icon to restore sound.

    sound is on done a soft and hard reboot down loaded lot of voices only dark vader works other voices only work when connected to computer
