connection problems GO discover tomtom with mydrive connect

Hi,
I try to connect my Go discover to the MyDrive connect app on my computer but it won’t connect. If I try to connect to the MyDrive on the device itself it gave an error. “Oeps…. Etc”. Also, the updates of the carts are corrupted. I can remove a cart but I can't reinstall it. Please Help.

Have you tried a Soft Reset.

If that does not work try a Factory Reset.
Tap menu
Tap Settings
Tap System
Tap Reset Device.
Following this you will have to reset the unit up.

Go Discover is not compatible with the MyDrive connect app.
Updates are via wi-fi0 -

Just to add to @Willy875 's comment My Drive Connect is the software that you use on TT devices for updating software etc/ The MyDrive App on your phone which is the My Drive Website on your PC is the the My Drive referred to on the Go Discover and is the facility to effectively back the unit up or send Routing etc to the device.
