Road showing as non hgv but its a major road

This seems to be happening more and more. Now I cant even route to me works on a major industrial estate in Avonmouth UK. A section of road is no in purple and my tomtom truck 6250 all up to date trys to take me on a 15 mile diversion for no reason. Same trying to get to the stores I deliver to. I use my tomtom for live traffic and not even a major through route in Bath on the A36 there is a section that is in purple and trys to take me on a 20 mile detour. Happening more and more. Numrous other places to the list is getting bigger??
Why is tom tom blocking major a road truck routes???
