tomtom no longer shows traffic jams, cant add mobile safety cameras

in TomTom Services
when i got my tomtom it would show me traffic jams and faster route ,that as stoped after some update,
also the facility to acknowedge a mobile speed camera is no longer there, yours hopefuly kev.
