Go 5000 update / has not been updated since 2016 cannot get in to device

I have been asked by a customer to update his Go 5000, I went ahead with the update procedure, and I now cant get the device to boot beyond, Choose a Country NEXT I have tried a factory reset it always goes to the same page.

I think it does not have any maps installed on the device it came with a 2GB card that i will replace with a 32,Gb card, how do you get the keeper file to get the device running?

as it stands at the moment i cant get this to boot.

any help will be appreciated.

There is no keeper file if your Go has not been updated since 2016, the maps update may be disabled without maps installed on the device, the device displays map not found. come back on Monday moderator @VikramK will look at your account.
