Having put in a new SD Card, I am stuck with the no Map Installed Error. I can't format the card on the Tom Tom. How can I fix this issue as I have 2 devices that are now un-usable.

How do I find a small map to put on the internal memory? I have lifetime Europe, so I don't really want to have to pay for the map again.0

If you remove the the extra memory card and then follow the directions in the following video does that sort you out. It may be that you can click on the map you want to add and load a smaller version then once you can manage the device and so Format the card you can then change to the later map.

You can try to download the Europe map without the buildings to reduce the size.0

Welcome to the site...
The Maps fitted easily onto the 8GB of on-board Memory....
But the Map sizes increases with every update... Now the 8GB limit on-board Memory size on the NAV4 devices is an unfortunate, but real Catch22 situation....
The latest NAV4 Full Europe Map size is now approaching 9GB....
On Monday @VikramK or @lampard one of the Forum Moderators can allocate a small local Map to the Account to get past the 'Catch22' No Maps Found error....
