Why an average speed camera on A3 is missing

On the A3 as you enter Guildford driving towards London are 5 average speed cameras. They used to show on the speed camera app but have now disappeared from my TomTom.
This is very irritating as the 5 cameras are definitely still there. If you app is unreliable I will have to find a different device.

I would if I could find where to report this to TomTom but they seem impossible to get hold of. If you have any pointers, that would be great.
