Android 12 subscription expired (but not true)

Hi, after the latest update of the app with android 12 (Galaxy s21 ultra) it no longer recognizes the subscription expiring on 5 September 2022.
I tried to restore purchase but it returns to the purchase screen.
The purchase is visible on google play with correct expiration.
I then tried to clean cache and data, uninstall / reinstall but nothing to do.
While in the other devices with Androind 11 and with the same google play account I have no problem.
You have to fix it quickly because I need it for work.
