bought GO Discover, connected to my phone, but now says: device is out of range, so no traffic and speed cameras. but still connected

    Welcome to the Community! This can happen when the login credentials of the network have changed and the device still has the old credentials stored. Perhaps, soft reset the device to reboot by pressing and holding the On/Off button until it makes a drum sound. Follow the steps and see if it helps to enter the credentials again by following the below steps:
    • Click on the connection that says ‘Saved’
    • Click on the button ‘Modify’ at the bottom of the screen
    • Click on the button ‘Forget’
    • Then re-search for the Wi-Fi connection and reconnect with the correct credentials
    See if this helps. Otherwise, you might want to try the Factory reset on the device.
