Turkey roads not recognized

Hello,
I have buyed the TomTom GO Essential this year (2021) at MediaMarkt in the Netherlands for €200. I asked to the seller wether the navigation has Turkey full map or not. The seller said Turkey is fully recognized (city, highway, small villages). Unfortunately, my TomTom only recognize highways. Not roads in big cities like Izmir, Istanbul, Diyarbakir. None of them. Please could you help me to install? I have bought the TomTom just to use it on holiday at Turkey and know it is kind of useless.. thanks in advance!!
