TomTom Go 520 WiFi not connection to TomTom Services

Hi, I have a TomTom Go 520 WiFi. Having problems already for a long time with traffic service, although it says activated, but it doesn't work. Neither in Europe, nor now in the States. It says Service unavailable.

    I tried already resetting device, with various options, but nothing changed. Any chance to make it work?

    I assume your Go 520 have connected to a smartphone?

    Hi @Ebid

    When you say you have Reset it is that a Soft Reset where you press the ON/OFF button for circa 20 seconds plus or a full Factory Reset as in Settings/System. If only the former then try the factory reset.

    I tried both variants of reset. Still nothing. Tried to connect my device to my Smartphone (Android based) via Bluetooth tethering, but still not change. Nor through the Hotspot of my Smartphone. The traffic workeв for some hours a week ago, but then disappeared again and until now no connection to traffic services.
