Hello, my name is Dmitry. My TOMTOM 6250 navigator purchased 2.03.2020 has completely discharged and stopped charging, but it works. When I connect to charging, the navigator gets very hot and the wires too, but the navigator does not charge. Please tell me your official service in Germany and Romania where I can send the navigator for repair or replacement with a new one.
