Hello,
the navigator is unable to find the MAP.
I have inserted the sd card in the PC and even if the space is quite full the system isn't unable to delete the old (corrupted?) map in order to install a new copy.
I have a backup copy of the SD but the only one thing I am able to do is to disintall the voices.
How can I perform a restore from the backup or how ca I free space on the SD card or reset it?

    I have reactivated the map on your TomTom account, could you check for updates now?

    Hi,
    thanks for the reply but I already see the maps available for the installation.
    The issue is related the SD that doesn't let me to free space deleting the old one.
