Tomtom Go 620 has lifetime traffic subscription but it says that it is expired on the device.

    Mine says the same and has done for the past 10 months or so.
    It is a Tom Tom website issue that keeps telling you you have to subscribe to the services - even when you have a device with lifetime subscription on it.

    Still waiting patiently for it to be sorted.

    Actually you can't access a Tom Tom support ticket to ask someone what is wrong as it keeps re-directing you to the forums here...

    So Tom Tom have shut down the support - which is quite alarming!

    Due to COVID-19 & Staff working from home….
    The phone service has been suspended (Indefinitely)

    The way of contacting Customer Services has changed
    For Tomtom Support Email or Chat lines...
    (Monday to Friday Normal Office Hours)
