my go camper sat nav losing voice commands

in TomTom Services
when i set the sat nav with a post code the voice commends work ok , then after a while voice commends stop working, the maps work ok

    Are any of the Sound Icons slashed through ???

    Note... The Day/Night screen brightness Icon...
    Should be slashed through....
