Tomtom Go 520 has lifetime traffic subscription but it says that it is expired on the device.

    Could you try few steps as below-

    1. Disconnect the device from the computer.
    2. Perform a factory reset- Main menu- Settings- System- Reset
    3. Log-in to MyDrive on the device- Main menu Settings- MyDrive
    4. Now connect the device to the computer and open MyDrive Connect.

    Do you see your device listed under your account?

    Awesome it’s working now…thank you so much Vikram but now this device is not showing on my Tomtom account and I am not able to add it again from myTomTom app.

    Hi @VikramK , I've Just joined the forum and I have exactly the same issue with a newly purchased GO Essential purchased from Amazon. - The online blurb and as bulleted on the side of the box says "Lifetime Traffic", but it says it will expire in 1 month. Also the advertised 6 month traffic cam trial expires in 1 month rather than 6.

    Can you help with this too?

    Hi @VikramK can you please help me…ny account is not showing my navigator on myTomtom account after the services has been corrected and i am not able to connect it through the cable…please help me with this
