Lifetime world maps and speed cameras; do they apply to a replacement device?

I have lifetime world maps and speed cameras with my Go51. I am thinking of replacing it with a newer TomTom model.
Will I retain the lifetime world maps and cameras update availability with the new device, or are they linked to the existing device only?

There is no information on the new navigations offered as to whether they have lifetime maps. Why isn't it stated? Milos

Currently all GPS sold by Tomtom have lifetime maps of the device, it is written on the box0 -
The maps have been upgraded twice already and yet you haven't noticed that the highway from La Jonguera to the south is unpaid. So this is very contrary to what you say about how up to date your maps are. Apparently it's going to take another two years to figure that out?0
