Professional 620 map updates

I currently have a professional 620 which came with lifetime map updates and is using the Oceanic truck map that came with it. The current map us over 29months old and there are no map updates being found either via wifi or my drive on a PC. I have performed a complete factory reset yes no maps updates are still available. Has this device reach end of life (Tom Tom no longer support) or is there an issue with the device no locating updates. Iam also unable to link the device to my account and when I use the autobot function and type in the serial number it tells me that the connected device is a supreme and not the professional 620
