Since last map update I have lost my speed camera notifications on both my satnavs. Checked settings and both say cameras are activated. They both accept camera updates but do not give any notification either visual or audible.

    Hi @beegee7

Have you tried a Soft Reset?

    https://discussions.tomtom.com/en/discussion/1034215/how-to-reset-your-navigation-device/p1?new=1

If that does not work try a Factory Reset.

    Tap Menu
    Tap Settings
    Tap System
    Tap Reset Device.

Check on the My Drive Website that your data is saved there.

Yes I tried that and followed guidance on how to check cameras were activated. As it has happened to both my devices I an wondering if there is some setting in My Drive that has been turned off.

Hi beegee7, I have got the same problem. No more speed camera updates after last map update. This has happened before and Vikram managed to fix it. It must have something to do at the TomTom end. I have left a message for Vikram, let's seee what happens.

The main problem of getting any problem fixed is the lack of phone support in Australia. I have been using TomToms for at least 12 years and it has always been a challengo to keep these bloody things working. Since the demise of phone support, it is a bit of an IQ test to get problems resolved. It will be the end of the TomTom road for me, no more TomToms.....still need the speedcamera updates.

    Hi @Duc

Currently if you want to connect to TT support using their Chat or Messaging facility try the following:-

Tap Support at the top of this page
You then HAVE to Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
When signed in, and not before, Tap Contact Us bottom right
Help Box appears and at the bottom is a message option
Type Contact or Chat in the box
If Chat is available you should be offered the chance to Tap Live Chat
If it is Out of Hours for Chat you should be offered an option to message

If it does not work exactly as described then try another Web Browser.

Problem resolved by doing Factory Reset on both devices I’m sure there must have been an easier way.
