MY START 52 WONT ALLOW THE VOICE DIRECTIONS ONLY VISUAL , SOUND IS ON VOLUME IS UP STILL CANNOT HEAR ANY VOICE COMMANDS REGARDING DIRECTIONS HELP PLEASE

    Are any of the Sound Icons slashed through ???

    Note... The Day/Night screen brightness Icon...
    Should be slashed through....
