Return for repair or replacement

I want to return my Premium X because the battery is broken.

Or else: How much would it cost to replace it with a GO Discovery?
(I think I would prefer a 5 inch screen as this one feels too big)

Bought August 18, 2021 Invoice 9503271902.

    I don't think Tomtom will take your Go Premium X back and replace it with a Discover.
    Contact customer service to have it repaired under warranty.

    If you have not tried the following then I would certainly try it but if that does not help then here are details on connecting to Customer Support where I` would recommend you use the Chat option, not the Chatbot.

    If you have an Apple or similar phones Mains Charger that will take the TT units USB cable then charge it for at least 2 hours.

    Try the following:-

    Tap Support at the top of this page
    You then HAVE to Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
    When signed in, and not before, Tap Contact Us bottom right
    Help Box appears and at the bottom is a message option
    Type Contact or Chat in the box
    If Chat is available you should be offered the chance to Tap Live Chat
    If it is Out of Hours for Chat you should be offered an option to message


    If it does not work exactly as described then try another Web Browser.

    OK with another browser it seems to work...
    With curent browser If I click on support I go to some page, but I get immediately redirected back here.
