Adding subscription data after reinstall

Hi. I have just uninstalled and reinstalled TomTom Go to my Android mobile and trying to add my subscription to the device. When I sign in to the TomTom website on my PC, under Subscriptions it says I do not have a subscription -- but I do! Where do I go next? Thanks

Normal if you bought the subscription on the play store
if you buy from the play store your subscription is no longer seen on your Tomtom account.1 -
The subscription is seen on your Google account.0

ReActivation is possible from within the TT App directly.0
