6250 Stuck in recovery mode

Hello, I have the TomTom 6250 and last week driving back it went into recovery mode. Since then I’ve tried messaging TomTom directly but no help. I’ve tried connecting it to a laptop with MyDrive connect running, it’ll say it’s ‘restoring your device’ get to 100% and drop out. Done the holding down power till the drum then white text and pressing 3 times etc nothing it working. I need my sat Nav for work everyday. Can anybody help please.

    Let us see what @VikramK has to say after he has reviewed your units settings on the TT severs. It is possible you have logjam of downloads and that needs sorting. Look back here later.

    According to TomTom Live Chat Customer Service. It’s going to cost me £88/€105 and 7-10 days to fix the issue.. :s
