I see my routes into MyDrive but they do not appear into my Go. My Drive and the Go are connected to the same account. This is tested by sending a new destination from MyDrive and this arrive immediately in my Go device. It it also not possible the send a POI file to de Go.
Anybody knows a answer?

Hi @MartijnBos
When you open one of the Routes in My Drive has the Sync Track to my devices been selected?

Hi Doug. Tnx this was the problem. I there is a difference between a route and a track and I want to save it as a route, that's why I switched off this switch. So in my opinion TomTom is using the wrong words, but thanks again!!

A track is a rigid route. You can imagine the navigation device following a trail of crumbs.
A route has a variable routing between the current location and the next stop or destination.
So you can create a route with MyDrive and set the important points as "stops". Then click "Send Stops."
The device then calculates the route to each stop or destination and you can then save the route locally on the device.
