I’ve lost serena off my 5200 can anyone help

    Hi @keithyboycurran
    The voice already shows as active for your TomTom GO 5200.
    Could you try scrolling through the installed voices and see if it's listed?

    Also check under 'MyContent tab' (device connected to MyDrive Connect) if the voice is listed there?

    1. Connect device to MyDrive Connect
    2. Go to My Content > My Voices
