My GO6200 became corrupted during an update, but is no longer connected to MyDrive

While updating my Go6200, it became corrupted and only shows "No Map Available". In attempting to use MyDrive to reload my maps, I accidentally deleted the 6200 from MyDrive. I can't get to anything on the 6200 other than NoMapAvailable, and to add the 6200 to MyDrive, I need to access the 6200 settings - which I cannot! I have contacted customer support, had a response, but replies to the email seems to bounce back to me. Any ideas how to get out of the loop?
