TomTomMyDriveConnect.exe version 4.2.12.4208 fails to run under Windows 10

Been talking with the helpdesk but all of their suggestion have failed to make the program run. So I can't update the maps etc. on my device. Using the compatibility trouble shooter fails to come up with an answer - basically "the program is not compatible with Windows 10".
Any ideas on how to make the installer run?

    Thanks for your reply. I don't have another PC to try it on - I'd much prefer it to run on my PC...
    Any further suggestions?
