I have devices and use the App on a family subscription but the app doesn’t show on my web account.

My devices are logged in and up to date. Yet the web profile pages don’t show my app subscription.

    Did you buy the app through your play store account?
    then it is quite normal that it is not visible on your Tomtom account.
