My expert Truck model is always going to a screen saver or demo mode does anyone no how to turn off that feature

    If your unit somehow got into demo mode then entering a destination and driving at a good speed for a few minutes usually takes it out of demo mode.

    Maybe I didn’t explain it properly
    It’s goes into like a store demo mode that shows it’s features and so on and I’m try to figure out how to turn that off

    Hi @srphelps1965

    I assume what you are seeing is the demo you see when a unit is on display in a shop. What @big has suggested is the way that sometimes you can permanently delete the demo mode from the unit. Having set a route then drive over 40 mph for about 5 minutes and that should remove it.

    I think if after you have tried the above and it has not solved the issue then maybe if you contact Customer Support they can remove th mode from the device.
