Hi, I have purchased a new live subscription for my 2014 Mazda 6 NB1 system, (the live services have not been renewed for a few years) however the network won't connect and have no live services, iv tried updating the SD card and tried factory resetting the head unit but no luck. Can anyone help?

If you have stayed more than 18 months without having renewed the live service, the Sim card is deactivated and it is no longer possible to reactivate it.0

Thanks Willy875, that's not great! so if there Is no way of re-activating the sim, not even through a main dealer. How do I go about getting a refund for my 12 months live services I've purchased?0
