6250 Pro no LIVE TRAFFIC

Brand new and no live traffic. I have connected to wifi, updated, then performed multiple resets and reboots.
Subscription is active, GPS is connected to services. Traffic says activated. When I select Traffic it says Tomtom services unavailable.

Help!?!!!!
