TomTom GO 620 Lifetime Speed Cameras

I have a tom-tom go 620 but the lifetime speed camera option says its expired. On the box it says lifetime speed camera updates - when i go on the website it says i need to purchase it ? As far as i can see on forums and such i should have this feautre without paying as it is guaranteed lifetime updates

Can this be fixed on TomTom's side.
