L.S. I bought a new TomTom Go Camper yesterday with serial number S/N ZAxxxxxxxxx10 and it got stuck updating. Get the message on the screen: "NO CARD AVAILABLE" Add a card. When I click on it I get the message: Add a card and in blue "Available space" and then 12.69GB Nothing to display? You can buy more maps on tomtom.com?maps Nothing more after that. Do you have a solution?

    Welcome to the community! I asked my team to review the download logs, and it seems that there are two maps installed-
    Europe and Benelux (v10.75 Latest)

    Did you manage to get the maps installed after posting your question here?
