Computervoices not working anymore

Last weekend I downloaded a system update for my Go Premium X. Since then computer voices don't work anymore. Removing the voices & re-installing them didn't help. Also did a reset of my devices. It didn't help. What can be done more?

Are any of the Sound Icons slashed through ???
The Day/Night screen brightness Icon should be slashed through....
If required, @VikramK or @lampard the Forum Moderators should pick this up and allocate the appropriate TTS Computer voice to your account.....

No, nothing slashed out. The recorded voices work fine but no computer voices0

Hi, I have tried that already 2 times but didn't work. First removing than re-installing. In Belgium the computer voices are "Ellen" (Belgium) or Xander (Holland) but both don't work0

This is just an idea you tried did you try with another Thomas French voice synthesis voice.0 -
After changing the language to English I was able to download "Serena" but no luck too. No computer voices. Also removed voices "Ellen" & "Xander" and re-installed them one by one: nothing.
Work out a solutions guys at Tomtom. We paid for it and does not work properly!0
