No more prompts sound in Android Auto

I use the TomTom GO Navigation app wirelessly in my Android Auto car. Recently I no longer get any prompts, so I did at first. I do hear the directions from Google Maps and Waze. Is it because I might need to use a different output channel?

    Welcome to the Community! Do you mean there are no audible warnings/voice instructions from the GO App on Android Auto? Can you check if the below sound option is turned on?
