I’ve searched these forums and the TT main site, clicked every link (including the one at the top of this page) I can find to contact TomTom support to submit a warranty claim for my tomtom Go Premium X as the battery only lasts for 2 minutes when unplugged, but I still can’t find a way to contact them. The nav is only 19 months old and yes I use the TomTom cable and car USB adaptor and it’s been fine until the last few days, the device works fine when powered up.

I have also clicked the following links from other posts and all they do is load the page I need and then loop back to these forums.

https://help.tomtom.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360015568919/
https://help.tomtom.com/hc/en-gb/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000679560

It’s just so frustrating and time consuming to do something that should be so easy. I’ve had TT for nearly 20 years and its always been difficult contacting them but this is next level.

If anyone can help I would be grateful otherwise I fear my warranty will expire in February all because you these guys don’t seem to want to support their loyal customers.

    Hi @Daz138

    Try the following:-

Tap Support at the top of this page
You then HAVE to Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
When signed in, and not before, Tap Contact Us bottom right
Help Box appears and at the bottom is a message option
Type Contact or Chat in the box
If Chat is available you should be offered the chance to Tap Live Chat
If it is Out of Hours for Chat you should be offered an option to message

If it does not work exactly as described then try another Web Browser.

Thanks for the assistance. I am on Firefox but installed chrome (nasty thing) and the page looping has stopped so finally after over 2 hours managed to get the suppotrt page to load correctly then chat with support and arrange warranty repair of the battery.

Still its a long way round............
