I have the satnav connected to my PC via a usb lead. I'm logged into both . I can find a place and plan route in MyDrive on the PC - but then nothing.
Doesn't seem to matter what I click, nothing appears in my places or my routes on the satnav. What am I doing wrong or missing out?

Clearly this is not happening. Should it happen instantly?
You say via wifi or via bluetooth, are you saying it won't work via USB?
(My PC is wired into my home network - not connected by wifi)0 -
As long as your routes and places are saved in MyDrive and you are logged in with the same account on both MyDrive and on the Discover then the routes and places should transfer. Perhaps not instantly, but nearly so.
You can use the MyDrive app on your phone or go to MyDrive on the web at mydrive.tomtom.com (or both).1 -
Hi @fausto
The Go Discover unit is designed to be updated etc without the need for a PC except in exceptional circumstances. . Any connection directly to a PC is only as a means of linking the Discover to the Internet and that requires MyDrive Connect software running on the PC. When connected to a PC you have no means of managing the unit using the PC as all actions must be done using the menu options on the Discover.
At the moment it is not possible to update maps on the Discover if it is connected to a PC.
If the Go Discover is logging into your Wifi and it is also logged into the correct MyDrive account then the unit should Sync with your account. As @big has said you should be able to create Routes and My Places on the MyPlaces website or in the My Drive App on your phone and once saved or sent from there should appear on the device.
When you set up the Bluetooth pairing did you have Personal Hotspot turned On on your IPhone and are you ensuring it is turned on whenever you are connecting via Bluetooth. At no time will you be asked for the Hotspots Password but if it is not turned On then The Bluetooth Connection will fail.
