MyDrive Connect - Outage

Why will my device not transmit the voice commands from my BT device on my motorcycle to my helmet

I have an '04 Honda Goldwing with a BT dongle so I can listen to music, etc. in my helmet. My other gps apps work but the mydrive will not transmit into the helmet.

    Welcome to the Community! It depends upon the TomTom device and Bluetooth system which you're using. Have a look at this thread here. Also, the MyDrive app doesn't give out voice instructions, just route planning.
