Why does my subscription show as nil when I have it on my phone.

I sign in to the TT site and it only shows my old devices and not my annual subscription to GO android which I have on my phone activated on 3 Aug 21. When I try to install it on my new phone again it defaults to no subscription.

    Have you purchased your subscription in the PlayStore or on TomTom.com?
