MyDrive Connect Does Not Update My GO600

I connect GO600 device to computer via direct USB. Install latest version of MyDrive Connect, open it. It shows "device connected" (on the device as well), shows available updates for maps, etc. I select USA map, click "Update Selected". Download begins, progresses to 100%, then dialog says "waiting for device", then "updating device". Then . . . nothing happens. No progress shown, even after letting sit for hours. I have tried on 3 different computers, including laptop and desktop. Same (lack of) result. Why is it freezing? Can anyone help?

    Welcome to the community!
    Under MyDrive Connect - Settings - Downloads
    could you untick the option that says-

    'Download updates on my computer'

    Save the settings and check for updates again.

    I am having the same problem as Vikram here above. It says "connected" on both the device and the MyDrive program on my PC (which has a direct internet connection). I unticked the box as recommended above but nothing happens. Who can help! We are going on a trip tomorrow and I need updated maps. It always worked before. Why suddenly not now??
